This page explains how to request deletion of your SkillDelivery account and the data associated with it. SkillDelivery is operated by SKD RATWANI TECHNOLOGY & SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1 Option 1 — Delete your account from within the app
You can delete your account directly in the SkillDelivery mobile app:
- Open the SkillDelivery app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm by entering your password and the on-screen confirmation prompt.
- Your account will be deactivated and your personal data scheduled for deletion.
2 Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address associated with your account at info@skilldelivery.co.in with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the request.
3 What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your account and login information (name, email, credentials)
- Your profile, resume/CV content, and skills data
- Your community connections and messages
- Your goals, roadmap, and uploaded documents
4 What may be retained, and for how long
We may retain limited information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud/abuse, or enforce our agreements. Such data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted. Backup copies are purged on our standard backup rotation, typically within 90 days.
