Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using SkillDelivery. By using the platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkillDelivery (skilldelivery.co.in), the SkillDelivery platform (app.skilldelivery.co.in), SkillCode, or any related services provided by SKD RATWANI Technology & Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users — Individuals, Organizations, Universities, and Institutes.

2 Platform Use

SkillDelivery is intended for professional learning, skill development, talent visibility, and domain knowledge access across WMS, IBM iSeries/AS400, Civil Construction, and Stitching & Apparel.

You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by automated means
  • Impersonate other users, entities, or platform representatives
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt platform functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
  • Use the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit platform features without written authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Platform Use Policy & Guard Rails

SkillDelivery operates an automated content safety system called Guard Rails — applied to every user input across SkillBot, community messages, goals, profile uploads, and document submissions. This is a professional domain learning platform. Guard Rails keep it that way.

Where Guard Rails are applied

SkillBot — input and output

Every message you send to SkillBot is checked before processing. SkillBot will respond with a policy message if your query violates platform use policy — not an error, just a redirect to appropriate use.

Community & xConnect messages

Direct messages between users are checked for PII, abuse, and spam before delivery. Violations are flagged and the message is not sent.

Content you submit for goals, profile descriptions, and workspace entries is validated before saving.

Document and knowledge uploads

Uploaded documents are scanned for policy violations before processing. Documents containing harmful, discriminatory, or off-domain content are rejected.

The Three-Strike System

⚠️ Violations are tracked across all platform features. A violation in SkillBot counts the same as a violation in Community or Goals. The strike counter is shared.

Strike 1 In-app warning — you see the violation category and an explanation of why the content was blocked. No email, no restriction. Just guidance.
Strike 2 Formal warning — in-app message plus an email notification sent to your registered address explaining the violation and platform policy.
Strike 3 Account suspension — your account is automatically suspended. An email is sent with the reason, effective date, and appeal instructions. You cannot log in until the appeal is reviewed.

What SkillBot says for policy violations

When a SkillBot query violates platform policy, you will receive a response like:

"I'm not able to help with that request as it falls outside the scope of this platform or may violate our use policy. SkillDelivery is a professional domain learning ecosystem for WMS, IBM iSeries, Civil Construction, and Apparel. I'm here to help you build domain expertise, explore career opportunities, and connect with the right people. Is there something in those areas I can help you with?"

SkillBot will never insult, shame, or lecture you. It simply redirects to appropriate platform use.

PII — protecting your own data

Guard Rails also protect you. If you accidentally include sensitive personal information (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) in a message or document, Guard Rails will:

  • Redact the PII from the stored content
  • Warn you that personal information was detected
  • Not forward the PII to any AI model or other user

Appeal process

If you believe a violation was incorrectly flagged or your account was suspended unfairly:

  • Email legal@skilldelivery.co.in within 30 days of the suspension
  • Include your registered email and a brief explanation
  • We will review and respond within 5 business days
  • If upheld, your account will be reinstated with the strike counter reset or adjusted

3 Accounts & Registration

Account creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

Entity type

Your entity type (Individual, Organization, University, or Institute) cannot be changed after registration. Choose carefully — it determines your access level, context, and 2FA requirements.

Email verification

You must verify your email address within 24 hours of registration. Unverified accounts cannot log in. Verification emails are sent from noreply@skilldelivery.co.in.

Account security

You must not share your account credentials with others. Each user must have their own account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact info@skilldelivery.co.in immediately.

4 AI-Generated Content

SkillBot responses are generated by AI systems including fine-tuned language models (Mistral-7B LoRA adapters), the SEAL self-improving knowledge engine, and third-party AI services.

⚠️ Important: AI responses are intended for informational and learning purposes only. They should be independently verified before use in critical business, technical, medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Accuracy

While we implement quality-gating via SEAL and domain-specific training, AI responses may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, or incomplete answers. Domain expertise and professional judgment should always be applied.

No professional advice

Nothing on SkillDelivery constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice. For critical decisions, always consult a qualified professional.

SKD RATWANI Technology & Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for decisions made solely on AI-generated content from the platform.

5 User Data & Privacy

What we collect

  • Profile data — name, email, entity type, domain, role, experience
  • Goal data — learning goals and roadmap preferences you set
  • Interaction data — SkillBot queries and responses (for SEAL quality improvement)
  • Usage data — features accessed, documents uploaded, resources viewed
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, session tokens (for security)

How we use it

  • To personalize SkillBot responses and learning roadmaps
  • To improve platform intelligence via the SEAL quality-gating loop
  • To power xConnect matching between entity types
  • To maintain platform security and prevent abuse

What we do not do

  • We do not sell user data to third parties — ever
  • We do not use your data for advertising on external platforms
  • We do not share personal data with organizations without your explicit consent

Data security

User data is stored securely on Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. Access is restricted by entity and user scope. Authentication uses JWT tokens with expiry enforcement.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting info@skilldelivery.co.in. Audit logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact info@skilldelivery.co.in for any data requests. We will respond within 7 business days.

6 Knowledge Contributions

When you interact with SkillBot, your queries and the quality-verified responses may be stored in the Wiki Intelligence Engine via the SEAL (Self-Evolving Adaptive Learning) loop.

What this means

  • High-quality AI responses may be anonymized and stored to benefit all future users asking similar questions
  • Stored knowledge is scoped by domain — a WMS answer is only served to WMS users
  • Your personal interaction data is never attributed to you publicly
  • You retain ownership of documents you upload — they are stored with your access level (private by default)

7 Partnership-First Content Ethics

SkillDelivery is built on an ethics-first approach to content sourcing. We believe knowledge should be acquired with consent, attribution, and respect.

SkillDelivery does not scrape or index third-party content without explicit partnership agreement. All external curated content goes through our Research Studio — AI-audited, human-reviewed, ethics-verified.

All curated external resources are attributed to their source with direct links. We do not reproduce copyrighted material — we link to it.

If you believe your content has been used without permission, contact legal@skilldelivery.co.in. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

8 SkillCode Usage

SkillCode is a standalone local intelligence tool for indexing and understanding enterprise codebases.

Local operation

SkillCode operates locally on your machine. Source code is not uploaded to external servers without your explicit consent and configuration. Your codebase stays in your environment.

Your responsibility

Organizations using SkillCode are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to index any codebase submitted. This includes:

  • Ensuring compliance with software licenses of third-party components
  • Obtaining appropriate internal approvals before indexing sensitive codebases
  • Not indexing codebases belonging to other organizations without authorization

Data generated

Code analysis results (dependency maps, risk scores, function summaries) are stored locally and within your SkillDelivery account scope. They are not shared with other users or organizations.

All platform innovations are original works of SKD RATWANI Technology & Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, first publicly documented April 2026. GitHub commit history serves as independent technical verification of development timeline.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKD RATWANI Technology & Software Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Decisions made based solely on AI-generated content from the platform
  • Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss beyond reasonable control
  • Actions of third-party services integrated with or linked from the platform

Platform status: SkillDelivery is currently in pre-revenue development phase and is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are committed to platform quality and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11 Termination

By you

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized knowledge contributions to the Wiki engine may be retained.

By us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or compromise platform security. We will attempt to provide notice except where immediate action is required to protect platform integrity or other users.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the effective date at the top of this page
  • Send a notification to your registered email address
  • Display an in-platform notice on your next login

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

For users outside India, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that these Terms cannot override.
